The Alaris® System enables seamless updates of data sets and data collection

The wireless network capabilities of the Alaris® System, combined with the back-end support of the Alaris® Systems Manager application, allows hospitals to seamlessly and effortlessly update their Guardrails® data sets and collect CQI data from Alaris® PC units located anywhere in the hospital enterprise.

This foundation allows you to leverage your organization's investment in the Alaris System and existing wireless infrastructure. The data sets and CQI data can be collected from the Alaris PC units with no interruption or impact to patient care and without adding IT or biomedical resources. Easy access to frequently updated CQI data for your infusion system is a critical tool to support your hospital's efforts to deliver high quality care to patients while safeguarding clinicians.

The Alaris® Systems Manager hardware support services are available for server hardware and network connectivity components. CareFusion provides monitoring, maintenance and support utilizing our Healthcare IT Network Operation Center (HCIT-NOC) and software support suite.

Optimization Service is a support service offered for the Guardrails® suite of safety software for the Alaris System. These services provide customers with technical phone support and access to the latest software enhancements.
