CareFusion’s International Surgical Products (ISP) business – including drapes and gowns, custom procedure trays, surgical gloves, exam gloves and fluid management products - was sold to Medline Industries, Inc. on April 1, 2011.

CareFusion retains international sales and marketing of our Interventional Specialties, V. Mueller^® Products, Respiratory disposables, ChloraPrep^® Products and infection prevention offerings - Clippers and Prep/Scrub products.

In certain geographies, Medline is CareFusion’s distribution partner for Clippers and Prep/Scrub products.
