Company Giving: Grant Programs

Clinical excellence grants: On an annual basis, the CareFusion Foundation offers grant opportunities to select U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organizations with a demonstrated commitment to improving healthcare. More specifically, the CareFusion Foundation supports organizations working to:

• Drive innovation and best practices in healthcare quality
• Deliver research and educational opportunities focused on improving healthcare for generations to come

Clinical excellence grants are awarded at the discretion of the CareFusion Foundation and its board of directors and are available by invitation only.

Community wellness grants: Provide funding to organizations that help improve the wellness of communities where employees live and work. These grants allow CareFusion employees to recommend where the Foundation directs a portion of its philanthropic resources and also aim to showcase the power of teamwork in making a difference in local communities. Grants are awarded quarterly on behalf of employees who work together to support local non-profit organizations through fundraising or volunteerism.

Community leadership grants: Awarded to qualified non-profits on behalf of individual CareFusion employees who demonstrate exceptional commitment to, and impact on, improving community health and wellness. The Foundation selects grant recipients on a quarterly basis.
